Contract Law Fundamentals provides a practical foundation for managers in both mid & large sized companies on the administration of commercial contracts and contract law.

Delegates will learn how to avoid the risk of drafting unenforceable contracts, lower the risk of unforeseen contractual obligations and how to ‘get tough’ when enforcing contracts.

Most importantly, delegates will learn how to draft, confirm and enforce contracts without always seeking a lawyer’s advice and in less time – freeing up time for making better business decisions and saving money on hefty legal fees.

If you need a clear understanding of the foundations of contract law, Contract Law Fundamentals goes into the details of the formation of contracts, the rights & obligations of the parties to a contract, potential vitiating factors in contracts, how to enforce a contract and appropriate remedies in the event of a contractual breach.
